Poor Customer Service

I made an appointment on 26/12/2024 at 09:10 for my eyebrows to be waxed on 27/12/2024 at 16:00. I arrived at the store at 15:55 only to be told that I would need to wait a half an hour to be seen. I informed the lady in front that I will not be able to wait and asked her why did I make the appointment in the first place. She then asked me to take a seat and someone will attend to me shortly, I sat and waited for another 15 minutes before leaving as these ladies are clearly wasting my time. I have been attending this store for the past 5 years but never again. The poor service and communication from everyone working there is atrocious and unprofessional.
