The product they used affected my nails. My nails are damaged and only realised when I soak of in January that my nails are damaged. I went to Woolworths to show the nail tech unfortunately they had knocked off, Woolworths manager took my details and pictures said she will make sure they call me. Which they did. I got call from Andile Sisilana who kept on saying she will speak to her manager and come back to me. She took down the details of the nail tech (Cleo). Andile promised there will be an investigation Last week I call her for a follow-up because she never called back to inform me what the manager said, I told her I am going to Hello Peter. Only then she said they will send me products to self treatment. From then till now she has not checked if this treatment is working on not. I am in pain 😢 nails are peeling off Unhappy
