Amaze Graze did not deliver

Amaze Graze is the worst experience ever. I ordered in advance, and paid, for 5 meals for my elderly mother. 19:00 on the evening that they had to deliver her first plate of food, they send me a whatsapp to tell me their car broke down, they can't deliver her food. She didn't have anything to eat. As I tried to phone them to ask where I can pick up the food, they ignored my phone call. My mother didn't have anything to eat that night. I asked them to reimburse me, they can't even get that right. Don't use the services of Amaze Graze. The lady running Amaze Graze name is Elmarie, you won't get your food!
