fitted elec fence/beams . job not completed

Bad installer. He installed beams and electric fence at my house. I've paid him in full and he installed the fence which wasn't done correctly and I had to pay another company to come and do the repairs as he doesn't come back. The beams he installed was wrong because it triggerd with my dog and he said he will replace them but he doesn't come to light.This job strated in August and I phoned him numerous times to complete his job and everytime he says he will come and then don't peach.I phoned him again on the 15th December and he said he will come Saturday the 19th but nothing, I want him to correctly complete the job or refund me
