Disorganized Staff and Manager.

I booked accommodation for the night around 12:44pm 28/08/2021 - 29/08/2021, my booking was confirmed. Drove all the way from Mpumalanga to Pretoria and when I got there around 20:30, I was told that they are fully booked “first come first serve” the receptionist said. They didn’t even bother helping me find another place to stay for the night.

One thing that they do is if you book via Booking.com when you get there they would ask you to cancel your booking via booking.com but still pay & stay. They’ve done it before and I’m sure they still do it!
