They claim to provide a wi-fi service to their clients, however that's not true. They even do not disclose that in order to access their wi-fi you have to be at a place where there is open wi-fi. Yoh this is really a ****, now I want them to stop debiting my account but i cannot get though to their agents/call center. I don't even know at which regulatory authority/body can I report this company, they have been taking my money(R99 monthly) for about a year and I have not used their "service" once, since it does not exist. I really need help to stop these people from taking my money and that they must REFUND me. Tjerrrrr
