Poor Invester

I have invested close to R9000 and when I asked for the savings to be paid out I was told that it will be taking them 6 months to pay me out ,but my original agreement was 30 days after cancelation, what can be done to these people as the are running away with our money, the changed offices without informing, changed phone numbers without confirming, not answering phone calls after sending a mail I got a phone call back from them. Can the Ombudsman be involved in this ??<br> Taking money from bank account without customers consent??? I just asked and I was told about a mistake that has been going on for 3 months according to them how many people are being ****** if you do not asked you will not be told.
