Failure to pay out investment after cancellation

I have been a contributor to an investment (****!!) hosted by Amathuba Gold. I paid R300 a month for about 3 years (except for 2 - 3 months when my debit order was not moved) In June 2015 I cancelled this ****! I waited and waited and nothing was paid out, I emailed them on [Email Removed] and [Email Removed] and got a phone-call. I was then told I would get my payout in December 6 months after cancellation. Requesting an email I got this response after confronting them about the declining precious metals prices - dated 10 July 2015 01:03 PM<br> <br> \We are not delaying your payment at all
