await payment since 2014

I have been investing some money on a monthly basis, but then I decided in 2014 I want to sell my metals. It was a hassle getting hold of them, but eventually they contacted me. I told them I want to cashout, so I was told to complete a form cancelling my investment & that the money will be in my account November 2016. I'm still waiting & can't get hold of them. What am I to do now???
