Worst funeral policy ever.

Amathole funerals are ******. My Mom joined a funeral policy with them from last year 2023 in their office in Ulundi, she has been paying since the first month she joined and never missed a month and she has receipts of proof of payment but she was told the policy has been canceled cause she hasn't paid for 3 months, when she asks for a statement they only print 2024 statement, and when she shows the slips of proof of payment they don't care about that they say she must start afresh the policy and the 6 months waiting period will start afresh. I'm so ****ed because they're robbing my mom because she's old and a pensioner😡😡😡
