Very poor customer service and response

I ordered an antenna from the shop. I have enquired quite a few times via the shop's web site's contact and enquiry form. I also spoke to a chap called Rhynhardt on the 16 Mqrch 2023, who said he would follow up on the status of the order and will respond back to me later that day. He never did respond back or even send me a sms, Whatsapp or e-mail to inform me of the status. The status of the order on the website just indicates processing for the last week. I even left an voice mail this afternoon (17 March). No response back as yet. The shops customer service just sucks!!
