Complaint

This company or person by the name piko contact no ********** 195, he is doing a false advertising, he is saying has got all the stuff for the event, what he did to me is bad, I paid money to him so that he supplies for my kitchen party, BT he didn't do what he was suppose to do, we come to the agreement that he will pay me back some of my money, since 15th of March he has been avoiding me, please help
