Worst Service ever from courier, they don`t even answer their phones.

Worst Service i have ever received from a courier company. My drop box delivery seems stuck at my local Amarex, says it on its way to another sorting facility that does not make sense. I have logged a support request with them, which they have closed with out even getting back to me. I have tried to call their DURBAN office 10 times now and they phone just rings until the call just drops. Worst service ever!
