What a Bunch of *****

It isn't bad enough my parcel waited in Hong Kong for a week but when it finally arrives in SA for absolutely no reason they send it to Bloemfontein. When I phone to find out what is going on I am promised that they would phone me back. At 15:30 I phoned again to hear the same story and told that I will only receive my parcel on Monday. I tell them that is unacceptable as I leave on a trip for a month. I was promised that the relevant supervisor will phone back in 10 minutes. I literally stressed three times that this is urgent and that I am expecting a call back. I was assured that my requested would be followed up and was guaranteed that they would definitely phone me back in ten minutes. That was at 16:00 - it is now 22:35 and still no call. You should be ashamed of yourselves. It is shocking service, rude and disrespectful.
