Waiting

I have ordered on a regular basis from Shien and received my order efficiently and with great communication with the Buffalo Courier. The last order they have used Amarex as the courier. The time period is also double to my normal deliveries period and after many attempts to try find out where my package is and if I will get it in time. I have had NO response from them .
