Very bad service

I recently shipped had a package shipped from abroad and the seller used Aramex as the courier. I was suppose to receive the package between the 10th and 14 of May. Still I am waiting I had called them numerous times and not once had they returned a courtesy call to update on the package. At the time of the call I was told about customs processing but the package is more than a week in the Country. The reason we pay to dollars for this type of service is to speed it up, I might as well go stand in a line at Cape Mail. And this is now the 2nd time I am experiencing this with Aramex, there is no customer care. They take your money and leave you hanging dry.
