Unhelpful and unreliable

Aramex have been anything but helpful. I have been waiting for a delivery (which I ordered in time for it to arrive by Christmas since 23 Dec. On 23 Dec my order was out for delivery but by 4pm I still did not have it, I tried to call them but could not get through for an hour and the status of my delivery was changed to 'attempted delivery' but no one had called me to say they were at my gate to deliver. I called on the 24th at 8 am and a lady told me that my order had been sent to the wrong dispatch area and would be delivered that day, my order was not delivered and it was for Christmas. I have tried to call several times today (28 Dec) and no one has answered the call and my airtime has since expired due to waiting so long. I spoke to Mbali on the chat on the webpage and she then told me my address is apparently wrong (it is 100% correct and is the one I always receive deliveries to and I was not told this on my original call on the Thursday). I then told her to please send my request to someone superior, this was not done. She then told me I would receive my order within 48 hours, I need it today, to which she rep**** no one could contact me for delivery (also not true as I was home the whole time on Wednesday and Thursday and had no missed calls). Their story has changed 3 times and I am no further forward and Mbali has been anything but helpful. I need my order ASAP.
