POOR SERVICE AND COMMUNICATION

Extremely unhappy with the service I received from them. They cant give you proper information when you call them and every time I phone to find out where the parcel is, they need something different. The parcel has been lying at Aramer Dubai for 6 days now!!!! The service is unacceptable. I used DHL once and the parcel arrived within 6 days (International shipping) I would never make use of Amarex again.
