nothing professional about Amarex

<p>Just had a horrible experience with you guys today. I sent some documents from durban to Pietermaritzburg yesterday. So my friend who I had sent the documents to gets a call from one of your people saying you don't deliver in her neighborhood. OK that I get you must have your reasons but it would be greatly appreciated if you were to state that somewhere. And the decent thing to do I'd assume is ask her which place is convenient for her to come pick up the package. But no! She was made to run around to find this location which was completely out of her way. She kept getting rude phone calls to hurry up and was eventually told to wait at a McDonald's. I find the whole experience extremely unprofessional. And left my friend quite upset</p>
