Non-existent customer service

<p> </p> <p>I actually flabbergasted at the lack of customer service from Amarex. I have NOT received one call from Amarex in the 8 days that my parcel has been in the country, I have had to call every 2nd day to find out what going on, only to find out that they are waiting for a response or information from me. , “Oh, we need the client ID number” and then “Oh, we waiting for payment” and the famous response, should be resolved by tomorrow...</p> <p> </p> <p>Still waiting for my parcel, and can’t help thinking of the additional waiting time if I hadn’t taken initiative to call every 2nd day… seriously… Shocking service.</p>
