Late and ****** delivery

My Package arrived 12 Dec 2017 and was supposed to be delivered the next day. Only to find out that the courier services couldn't find my address (the address that was 100% correct and not even 5km away from their warehouse). The parcel was then returned but then got hijacked the same day. I phoned the 14th, 15th & 18th of Dec 2017 and all three times they told me the package in on the way and should be delivered shortly. When I got to the warehouse on 19th Dec 2017 they told me the package got ****** and no one was informed of this. The communication in that department is terrible and I won't suggest using them at all. Customer service doesn't get back to you and the one time they do they basically lie.

Unfortunately when buying things through Amazon it goes through Amarex. Not happy at all.
