I am really unhappy with the service I am receiving from Amerex.

I am still waiting for my delivery , a week later after it was collected from the Kimberly branch. The courier guy keeps phoning me after hours ,insisting that I must give him my home address instead of delivering the parcel to my work address which is the address I had provided on my order. I have reported this to Amerex and no one has come back to me. I am in the process of cancelling the order so that they can return it back to the Retail shop.
