Failure to deliver

These guys are playing games,I sent a parcel Monday from Midrand Postnet to Port Elizabeth post net.When I tracked my parcel it shows that is in Polokwane,I phoned them to find out what is happening excatly why my parcel is in Polokwane.I was told stories up to date the parcel has not reached the destination.No one wants to take a reponsibilty and tell me excatly where is my parcel.I've paid for the service is not like Im asking for a favour.When I track the parcel sys says it left Polokwane is in transit but now its been two days since is in transit how long does it take to reach destination.I suspect something happen to the parcel because is not like is a first time sending something using them.I want them to tell me what is going with my parcel when is going to be delivered,if is damaged I want them to pay as soon as possible.The person is waiting the parcel now is like Im making up stories.
