Awaiting pick up 4 days later from the drop box

Good day to whom this may Concern

I am very disgusted by the services I am receiving by aramax

This is the 3rd time I am experiencing this problem

Your driver is supposed to pick up parcels for the drop box daily BUT HE DOESN'T DO THAT causing a delay in parcels being delivered, why is it over night but the parcel lays there for 3-4 days, which there is no tracking information do you know how frustrating this is, as my customers is probably thinking I'm a dishonest person

Like please change your damn driver or remove this drop box because wow it really doesn't serve its purpose

I am so annoyed since the damn 14th April this parcel is awaiting collection Does this even make sense. **** man

I have 5 parcels in that drop box
