Aramex Horrible Service!

Probably wouldn't give them a star at all if it was possible. My parcel has been out for delivery since 19/08/2022 6:50am. I have had chats with agents who respond after an hour being told your parcel will be delivered by close of business or 3pm with no direct answer what is happening to my parcel and when exactly I should expect delivery to take place. Also the WhatsApp agents are just useless and have zero answers to questions.
