Aramex delivery

Hi I've been waiting for my parcel for the last two weeks it's been since with Africa for the last two weeks I paid for my text I called them this morning they tell me that the person is on the way I'll call in the afternoon they tell me that the driver still busy delivering them they will bring my parcel still my parcel is not here and it's 6:00 p.m. in the evening it's been two days that my parcel was is with the driver and the guy is not delivering which is delivering
