Aramex can’t get their act together to clear customs

I have ordered from Amazon many times. The couriers I’ve paid To deliver my goods on time were always professional and awesome and managed to get me my goods on time. With Amarex, I suddenly have a delayed parcel in JHB customs. No explanation. No one calling me to tell me what the hold up is. It is basically a Marvel Comics toy. The import duties cost was close to the cost of the item itself so I don’t see why customs needs to try figure out if I owe them anymore money. It would be unfair for them to charge me more. For a toy. What I think has happened is Aramex hasn’t done their job properly, and the item is held up in customs because an “i” wasn’t dotted or a “t” wasn’t crossed. There is literally no good reason Thanos’ replica Infinity Gauntlet should be held up in customs. I’ve now done research and it seems to be a common problem with this company. Quite a few people have complained that they haven’t had problems clearing customs with other courier companies but they have with this one. I am very irate. I paid a lot of money, for my item and the suspicion that they aren’t doing their jobs properly to help clear the customs process timeously is making me furious.
