Amarex worst service ever!!!

We have made an order from shein and had to pay armarex this time and its the worst and frustrating experience ever.. We have been allocated baffalo before which was better.. Amarex have the worst service ever my kids have been waiting for Christmas order from the 28th of November till now no communication no response from the we called email and send WhatsApp nothing.. Shein should just stop working with them.
