No Delivery !!!!!

Nitemare!!!!!! Just don't use worse courier On the 11th September 2023 I sent a package from South Africa to UK. To date still nothing delivered. When package arrived they wanted payment but never called receiver the reciever only got to know about payment when UK office was called. To my suprise items we valued at R1200+ since the item was just a used item duty fees required were more that the value of items sent amount of £30 was done on 20th September. Still no delivery is made to date 27th September. This has been the worst courier and very unprofessional,never use.They have zero communication with clients and they don't just care
