Hospitality Manager with Attitude

I was in short holiday at Amanzingwe Lodge in Hartebee****rt dam from 25-27/02/2015. On the 26th February I was bitten by a wasp while relaxing in chair. Next morning when I reported the incident to the hospitality manager Lulani Hospitality Manager never given an ear or even pay attention. I requested the First aid kid which they didn't even have, I asked for insect repellent which I was told i have to buy if they have. They didn't even have foam-bath instead we were told to use hair conditioner . Instead i was assisted by receptionist Nikiwe <br> Amanzingwe its beautiful lodge but the attitudes Hospitality Manager is bad . The area is bush and they cant deal away but they have to have preventive measure. They
