My name is Miss Nolitha Zohar Ndlazi and I visited on Thursday 30 May the Amanzimtoti Test Center in Durban to renew my driving license and feedbacking on exceptional service received there. I was first impressed by the security assistants who handed the forms to clients according to the service needed and directed clients to the relevant areas. The center is clearly and visibly marked according to the service needs, which was quite impressive. Then the assistants advised us where to go next to be served. The testing centers are generally crowded no matter the hour or time a person arrives. Surprisingly, the lines were moving, whether a person had a yellow, blue, green form, the clients all received a great service. The securities constantly check on the lines and ensure that the people fill the seats, ensure the clients are attended to and are informed. The lady that assisted us with renewals was outstanding, professional, exceptional and did her job well. I proceeded to pay; the lines seemed longer at first but to my surprise I was done paying in no time. The cashier consistently informed customers of their options, for example those doing renewals were advised to apply for temporary driving license which is valid for the period she mentioned. She also informed me when to expect my driving license to be back and what I should do if I sent someone to collect on my behalf. I arrived at Amanzimtoti Test Center before 8am and I was done at 9h10am despite the number of people that were there to be served. Thank you for the well-run department, the professional and outstanding workforce. The customer service was dazzling and deserves a STAR. performance rating.
