Amanzimtoti Glass and Aluminium - shower glass fitting

Amanzimtoti glass and aluminium one of thee worst businesses to ever deal with! They have installed me a shower glass in our flat at Elgro Mrs Prabha Moodley is my mother and was there client at the time, this business have used old existing fittings to install this shower glass. When she approached them on the 14th of July to come and investigate as to why we now have a crack and breakage on there second replacement on the shower glass, they kept responding that they will attend to her but have failed dismally in honoring this. We have now taken the next step to post a review on hello Peter as an option to get this resolved. We have paid the full amount of R3027. 18 for a new shower Glass, but instead we have recieved a very poor assembly of this shatterproof glass onto a tampered fitting which was our existing fittings. This business is not very professional in how they handle customers. We are in possession of all proof over WhatsApp conversations with this company. We require a permanent solution, instead all we are getting is the run around and are now sitting with a shower glass that is shattering.
