Shocking behavior.
Amanzi purified water is based at the Olympus Village shopping center in Pretoria. I have been buying and refilling 10 liter purified water bottles at this store since 2016. I have recieved the best service at this store and never thought I'd ever experience what I did today. Today I left the empty bottle as usual while I went to buy some supplies at checkers. When I returned to collect the bottle, it was already refilled and placed on top of the counter. I paid and took the bottle unfortunately the handle snapped and broke and the bottle fell to the ground. Fortunately the water didn't spill. I asked the lady who was helping me what was going to happen. She told me in a very cruel tone that it's none of her business I must sort myself out. After all these years, she couldn't even afford to be apologetic, or assist me with carrying the bottle. I assume she is the owner of the store hence her stinking attitude. If it is her store she has no business running any retail outlet with an attitude like that. As of today I will never, ever use their service, fortunately Oasis isn't far. Unfortunately I'm still shaken by the treatment and wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy.
Thank you for being a loyal customer. We appreciate your continued support. Firstly we would like to apologize for the inconvenience caused. We did speak to all the staff about their perceived attitude. We unfortunately do not take responsibility for any reusable containers.
