Great stay!

The owner is very accommodating, welcoming and responsive to queries and requests. A few days before our check-in date, Karen (the owner) sent us a location pin, directions, loadshedding schedule and the local weather report so we can be fully prepared and pack appropriately.

The location is quite isolated, but easy to find with location pin and directions provided upon booking. The surrounding area is quiet and relaxing with a rustic feel. I would recommend purchasing any essentials beforehand since the nearest market is roughly 14km away.

The room has a zinc roof and it rained the first night of our stay. I very much enjoyed the platter of raindrops on the roof, but my wife mentioned it was rather loud for her.

Overall, I very much enjoyed our stay, and the booking process was seamless and effortless.
