Very bad treatment

Im renting a flat at capital heights and the electricity support to be prepaid and im being charged closed to R2000 a month and its only me and my 2yrs old son staying there, im always at work and we cook once a month. Ive been camplaining since mid February and no one cares, today emailed Rina who Naledi told me is the manager and still no respond. Now when i call Naledi picks up and say Ke Boitumelo and hang up. Im so highly disappointed shem. I will cancel my lease as im left with no options.
