Unhappy resident

Well i’m currently a tenant at Eden flats got here since last year December I complained since last year December till now and I have not received any help very useless management now the drains are full kitchen sink is smelling like **** water from the geyser is brown. Please do not consider staying in one of the Amantle residents.if anything happens to my health can I sue them ?
