Protea metering and Amantle Properties poor service to the tenants at capital heights

I pay my rent in time, my water and electricity account is loaded. I call protea metering every month and i check my account everyday. This people are making money out of our pockets if you dont follow up because I am always surprised by the incorrect readings with protea metering for my account. Wynand from Amantle Properties rushes to switch off the electricity without communication. A very poor service from Amantle Properties and protea metering i am receiving. My electricity was switched off twice while my account is actually up to date.
