Joe(Amantle Properties) Mislead me!

I was staying in a flat cnr Church and Princess Park(Pretoria) since 2014.07 and moved out 2015.05. Upon my stay i had to pay R 3000 Deposit and rent was as-well R 3000 increased over time( that's fine).i had reported the dirty painted wall and the light switches there was 3 of them not working. So on that R 3000 i only got R 730 of which they say R 600 went to renovating the place wen i moved out (paint and etc) i never moved into a new freshly painted room so why must when i move out paint the room to impress another client. i'm very angry at this and they say i owed them R + -1600 on rent but i have all my proof of payments and i owe them nothing. My Deposit/Refund Should be R 2750 on which the R 250 would be taken for inspection.
