Bad customer service. My water and lights switched of by Wynand when my account is up to date at protea metering

My account is up to date but my water and lights switched off. Guys at capital heights Wynand is the name of the guy who deals with electricity and water queries, out of his hunger he is switching off peoples electricity and water without communicating with protea metering of which this protea metering company, their system gives problems of not giving accurate readings every months. So when you call protea metering they sort out your matter. Wynand provides a very poor customer service, he is helpless, does not pick up his phone when you call. All in all Amantle Properties must take responsibilities to care for their tenants and look to someone who will represent and assist tenants not Wynand. People are not happy with this poor service.
