********** im still waiting for my refund for over a year now!!!!!

********** ********** **********!!!! I paid +R35K for my daughter student accommodation and i was promised to get refunded as soon as NFSAS pay them and NFSAS paid +R35K on 02/10/2019. I was then promised to get my refund end of November 2019 and was since sent from pillar to post by their agents and owner. I have been trying to get my refund for the entire 2020 and they are now ignoring our( me and my family) phone calls. Their agents are Ally-*** Ibby-*** Abu-*** Manny-***
