Agents to be aware of

I have had numerous problems and issues with these agents. However I am sharing light upon their unprofessionalism and their failure to comply with maintenance requests on more than one occasion. I have been renting with these agents for well over a year. Upon my inception of occupying a property with them I made them aware of existing watermarks with in the property. Later that same watermarks had mould growing in it, the property thereafter had an infestation of mould. I have encountered instances where we made them aware of concerns, At times they would not get back to us or it would take them up to 3 months before getting back to me or attending to anything. Nor do they do follow ups at times. These agents feel that maintenance and concerns are complaining and do as they wish. I have even resorted to the rental tribunal. I’m still awaiting a deposit statement which by law I may request and get at any time the agent refuses to provide such statement saying that I may only receive it at the end of my lease. I feel as if I am dealing with amateurs at times, because I need to educate them about the rental laws. To the public be very mindful of these agents.
