My family bought tombstone for my mom in October and the funeral.was on the 4 November.Nobuzwe the owner agreed on the installation and she install the headstone but on the day of the funeral.the headstone.fell off to our suprise we notify the owner and she acknowledged that it was for temporary basis due to rain on that weekend and she took off the head stone but up until now she did not installed the stone she is not picking up our call or messages we don't know what to do as she agreed to install the full tombstone and we paid the full amount of R20 000 cash but through her bank
