Racial Attack after reporting a crime

So over the weekend I was there and money was ******,I tell the owner she then apologizes says this wasn't the first time and she will repay it can I send her an email with all the details from the arrival to departure stating who had access apart from me to the room which I do then 1hr later she says I must give her 30mins she is on the way back and will EFT it.

5hrs later I call she then starts swearing me calling me a "******" and threatens me then tells me never to call her again. I was stunned so I call again and she continues then blocks my number so I call the receptionist whom now says the owner says I must drive from Potch to fetch it and I ask will she repay the petrol money I will use to get there and she says she does not know I must call back in a few minutes. I call back and she too has blocked my number so I send an email telling her she has now left me no choice but to open a case yet I was trying to handle this in a civilized manner she continued to threaten me and call me a "******" and I politely ask for her lawyer's details so I send him the call recordings as I am not happy with her behaviour and now regading on our agreement and threatening me all of a sudden.

The place itself is beautiful and so was the food,its the fact that the housekeepers stole and the owner turned to threats and racial remarks that has now upset me.

Up until now she is still threatening and swearing me yet all I want is her lawyer's details so he handles this, ****** and undermining people is still pretty evident in SA worse part is I was a paying guest seeking help from the owner as this happened while she was at the property!!!
