Bad image

<p>I have booked a stay at the Hyatt Regency hotel in rosebank and wondered about to the spa area. After looking around and finding no colour, no feel, no ambience with rave music playing al through the spa. Having a look at the area where tea is served and glympsing into rooms... Not much of a wow factor. Plain beds and brown walls with no touch of peace. The room i saw with two beds were plainly folded with a blanket on. Not even a nice sheet covering the ugly parts of the bed.. It looked as if they quickly scrubbed together a place and called it a spa. At least the reception was friendly... Feel bad for the poorly looked after ugly desk. I have heard it was a 5star spa and also seen on the Internet what its supposed to look like, no resemblence at all. So looks like its a **** picture with every picture. There are no decorations at all and just looks dull. If its a 5star spa maybe they should re think the whole spa idea and go back to scratch. Didn't even want to book or spend time in that ugly spa. </p>
