I appointed Amahle Property Management based at 666 Punctata Street,Doornpoort, Pretoria to market my rental property at 62 AMBLEVIEW in Amandasig , Pretoria.They managed to secure a tenant from the beginning of September 2021. The agreed monthly rent is R6000 per month.It was also agreed that Amahle will be paid a one off fee of R6000 for securing a tenant.Amahle was also authorised to use the rent for the first three months to do repairs and modifications at the property as requested by the tenant.All work and costing was to be approved by the landlord prior to commencement and at completion. Angle was to provide the landlord with detailed invoices and costing for tax purposes, as well as proof of payment to contractors. The only payment received by the landlord thusfar is an amount of R5 400 instead of the expected R6000 payed for January after several telephone calls by the land Lord demanding payment no explanation was given for the shortfal. In February despite several promises from Amanhle no payment has been received by landlord. No quotations, invoices not proof of payment to contractors has been provided to landlord, instead an unsatisfactory internal shedule from Amanhle was submitted to landlord.I find the conduct of this company to be very unprofessional and **********
