Worst Christmas lunch ever!

Worst christmas lunch! It was our first time spending Christmas outside our home and Amanguni hills gave us the worst Christmas experience ever at such a high price! The food tasted very bad, a buffet but nobody went for seconds, the line to dishing station was so long people were standing with plates like beggers. They refused to open buffet people had to beg them to open but the post said lunch would start at 12pm and they opened around 13:30pm. Tables were dirty, no one was clearing the tables until we decided to go home. What a *******! The event planner conned the guests and should pay back our monies. We did not get dessert it was finished, before we even got up. Sitting was soo bad different families were mixed in 1 table because there was no more spaces. The rice was hard,beef stew was burnt, beef stake or whatever that was tasted very bad, everything tasted bad and looked even worse hence I could not eat their food. Total disrespect to guests who paid in advance. I do not recommend Amanguni hills. The staff was very rude and the Manager was no where to be seen. People asked for the Manager to no avail.
