Underwhelming experience

I had planned a baby shower there 15 Dec 2024. This is what happened:

Firstly i never agreed to an outdoor thing and it was never pitched to me and yes i was aware of all the circumstances but being told instead of arriving there to find something i never wanted. The leaves from that tree were in our drinks ..

2. There was so much heat out there the cake melted i could not even see how it was when i arrived with it. Pictures of the cake are so horrible.

3. In the morning they asked me about the backdrop and what i wanted written on it but to my suprise it was written year end function 2024. I am so underwhelmed becas quote said themed but i did not see that.

All in all.. i am not happy at all to get it more they were only serving coke and i am a pregnant mom whos not drinking coke

I am so underwhelmed and not satisfied with the service.

I sent them this feedback and they promised a refund till now no refund recieved i am so underwhelmed I DINT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!
