Service gets worse and worse

They're unable to port my number for over a week. They keep on giving me silly reasons. Moreover, they waste my time by having me do completely silly things like keep on switching my Sim cards; dialing codes and sending screen shots, downloading apps; always trying different things. I was literally begging them to just cancel the port because they're just wasting my time. After begging more than 10 times, they start the port again. It seems they are using social media people as technicians. Absolutely terrible
