Unpaid refund

On Friday 21 October fuel was purchased at Amandelboom motors filling station during load shedding. Because of load shedding the card machines the attendant tried to use for payment had connection issues. Eventually transaction was approved but the amount of R120.00 was drawn twice. When it was reported to garage the next day we were referred to Capitec bank. Capitec bank e-mailed Amandelboom motors, who claims they cannot trace money.
