WORST SERVICE-NO CUSTOMER RELATION

I placed my order on the 15th of Dec and besides trying to get hold of someone to talk to from week 1 of Jan 2024 with No luck. The order tracker has since been stuck and not operational. I was very hopeful when I received an email response from *** on the 4th of Jan 2024 stating that my order was outstanding 2 SKUs and that they were expecting a delivery on the week commencing the 8th of January 2024. Since week of the 8th of Jan24, I have been sending follow-up emails begging for feedback To this day, I cannot get through their contact numbers provided telephone: *** Cellphone: ***. TILL THIS MOMENT, MY DAUGHTER DOES NOT HAVE HER TEXTBOOKS AS SHE GOES BACK TO SCHOOL TOMORROW. TO WORSEN THE SITUATION THEIR WEBSITE STATES "STRICTLY NO COLLECTION/DROP-OFF FACILITIES AVAILABLE"
